Basic process introduction:

the dryer :

Big block stone is evenly conveyed to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder via silo for primary crushing.

 After primary crushing, the stone is sent to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. 

measurement control system :

Then the stone is transported to vibrating sieve for screening, thus the stone can be classified into 

several groups depending on the size. The stone with a necessary size will be sent by belt conveyor to 

the place where finished product is piled; otherwise, the stone will be conveyed by belt conveyor to the 

impact crusher for another crushing, thus a circular production process is formed.
